Payments: - An advance payment must be given for each service contracted in order to hold the reservation on a confirmed basis. The remaining balance may be paid before your departure from your country or upon arrival in India, but it must be done before the start of the contracted services. According to the type of the service and the length of time remaining before the start of the service, management employees have the authority to choose the amount to be paid as an advance payment.

In addition to the aforementioned, full payment may be required in advance for some arrangements, such as those for special train journeys, hotels or resorts, adventure activities, or river rafting during the holiday and New Year seasons.

You can wire money to our bank to make an overseas advance payment.

Cancellation Policy:
In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:
45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the Tour / service cost
30 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour / service cost
15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour / service cost
07 days prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund

Note: Written cancellation will accept on all working days, except Sunday, Any cancellation sent on Sunday's will be considered on next working day (Monday). For the X-mas and New Year period from 20 Dec to 05 Jan the payment is non-refundable.

If you decide to cancel your trip after it has begun, your refund options would be limited and would also rely on how much money we could recoup from the hotels and other service providers we use. We're not required to provide you a refund for any unused hotel rooms, chartered travel, skipped meals, etc.

Cancellation of a wildlife safari: All wildlife safari reservations made in an Indian wildlife national park or sanctuary are non-refundable. No payment will be reimbursed or changed for a date change request since it will be seen as a cancellation.

Please note that once the tour/service cost is finalised, if there is any increase in admission fees to monuments or museums, taxes, fuel costs, or guide fees by the Government of India, the equivalent would incur an additional fee.

All exchange orders, receipts, contracts, and tickets issued by Ganga Valley Holiday are subject to the terms and conditions under which the hotels, transporters, railways, and contractors providing other services provide their services. Ganga Valley Holiday only acts in the capacity of an agent for these parties.

All of the itineraries are illustrative and are meant to give you a broad sense of the anticipated travel timetable. The schedule may need to be changed before the trip or while on the path depending on a variety of circumstances, including the weather, the state of the roads, the participants' physical condition, etc. In the benefit of the tour participants' safety, comfort, and general wellbeing, we retain the right to alter any timetable.

Our costs are determined by the present rate that we have negotiated with hotels, airlines, and other service providers. Hotel and flight pricing are subject to change without notice. If such changes occur, we have the right to amend the cost following any modifications made by the hotels or airlines. All hotel bookings, unless otherwise mentioned in the program, are based on the hotels' usual check-in and check-out timings.

We are not responsible for any delays, schedule changes, or expenditures incurred (directly or indirectly) as a result of climate delays, airline cancellations, accidents, mechanical problems, or other factors beyond our control. Breakdowns of machinery or equipment, transportation system problems, or other unfavourable conditions

We will not be held liable for any loss, harm, or damage to persons or property resulting directly or indirectly from any act of nature, dangers, fire, incidents, failures in machinery or equipment, breakdowns of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control in connection with any accommodation, transportation, or other services.

There is no insurance coverage covering our costs in the event of an accident, illness, theft-related loss, or any other cause. It is advisable for travellers to look for these insurance plans in their own country. The danger of any luggage or other personal property is always that of the customer.

Please take note that we will not be held liable for any expenses brought on by unforeseeable events like landslides, roadblocks, inclement weather, etc.
